Our Philosophy

At Orbit AI, we believe in keeping things simple. All plans include unlimited forms and unlimited form submissions because we don't want you worrying about arbitrary limits or surprise bills. However, to ensure a great experience for everyone, our unlimited offerings are subject to this fair use policy.

We expect the vast majority of users to never think about usage limits. Our infrastructure is built to handle high volumes, and we want you focused on building great forms—not counting submissions.

What We Consider Extensive Usage

These thresholds represent usage patterns that go well beyond typical use. Occasional spikes are completely fine—we're looking at sustained, month-over-month patterns:

What Happens If You Exceed Fair Use

1. We'll reach out first — No surprise account suspensions. We'll contact you to understand your use case.
2. We'll propose a custom plan — Based on your actual usage, we'll offer a plan that fits your needs at a fair price.
3. You'll have time to decide — If a custom plan isn't right for you, we'll give you ample time to export your data and transition to another solution.

Subscription Sharing

Orbit AI subscriptions are licensed per organization. Sharing Pro or Business features with individuals or organizations outside your registered account is not permitted and may result in account suspension.
