How does the free trial work?

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial with full access to plan features. Cancel anytime before it ends and you will not be billed. We will email you before your trial ends so there are no surprises.

How many forms and responses do I get?

Pro includes 10 forms, 1,000 responses/month, and 3 workflows. Business and Advanced give you unlimited forms and workflows with 10,000 and 100,000 responses/month respectively. Annual plans get 12× the monthly response limit as a single bucket for the year.

What happens if I hit my response limit?

When your team reaches 100% of its monthly responses, your forms switch to a clean "upgrade required" view for any visitor and we stop saving new submissions until your billing period resets or you upgrade. We email you at 50%, 90%, and 100% so there are no surprises. Your form structure, integrations, and existing responses are preserved.

Can I change plans later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and we'll prorate your billing. Upgrading instantly resumes form submissions if you were paused at the response cap.

How do AI credits work?

AI credits are used when AI Agent workflows process your form submissions. Business plans include 100 credits/month. Unused included credits don't roll over, but purchased credits never expire. Additional credits are $0.10 each.

Why are some scheduling features Business-only?

Lead Capture + Schedule, Group scheduling, and Round Robin scheduling involve additional infrastructure (multi-host availability, lead enrichment, sequence routing) and are reserved for Business and Advanced plans. Standard 1:1 scheduling is included on every paid plan.
