Integrations vs Workflows
Integrations can be connected and used directly on all plans (except Slack, Webhooks, Clay, and email verification which require Pro). Workflows are automations that process data through multiple steps—Free users can create 1 workflow with email notifications only. To use CRM and other integrations inside workflows, you need the Pro plan.
AI Credits
AI credits power the AI Agent nodes in your workflows. Each AI action (like analyzing a submission, generating a response, or categorizing data) consumes credits.

On-Demand Credits
Need more credits? Enable on-demand usage from your billing settings. Additional credits are billed at $0.10 per credit.
On-demand usage is invoiced when you reach the $100 threshold (1,000 credits). Unbilled usage below this threshold rolls over to your next billing cycle.
Changing Your Plan
Upgrading
When you upgrade (Free → Pro, Pro → Business, or Monthly → Annual), the change takes effect immediately.

Downgrading
When you downgrade (Business → Pro, Pro → Free, or Annual → Monthly), the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Keep current plan features until period ends
- No immediate charges
- Some features may become unavailable after downgrade
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription from the Billing page in your dashboard.
Change Plan
Upgrade or downgrade your plan directly from the billing page. See pricing and proration details before confirming.
Update Payment Method
Click "Manage Subscription" to update your card or add a new payment method via the Stripe Customer Portal.
View Invoices
Access your complete invoice history and download receipts from the Stripe Customer Portal.
Cancel Subscription
Cancel anytime. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Common Questions
What happens to my forms if I downgrade?
Your forms and submissions are never deleted. However, features not available on your new plan (like custom CSS or branding removal) will be disabled until you upgrade again.
Do unused AI credits roll over?
Included credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. On-demand usage below the $100 invoice threshold does roll over to the next billing cycle.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes! Switching from monthly to annual takes effect immediately (you'll get a prorated credit). Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at the end of your annual period.
Who can manage billing?
Only team Owners and Admins can access billing settings and make subscription changes.
