Team Management
Collaborate with your team by inviting members and managing permissions.
Team Structure
In Orbit AI, all forms, submissions, and settings belong to a Team. When you sign up, a default team is created for you.
Inviting Team Members
Add new members to your team in just a few steps:

Go to Team Page
Navigate to Team from the dashboard sidebar

Click Invite Member
Enter their email address and select a role

They Accept the Invite
An email invitation is sent. They click the link to join your team.
Pending Invitations
Invitations expire after 7 days. You can resend or cancel pending invitations from the Team settings page.
Team Roles
Assign roles to control what team members can do:
Full access to everything. Can manage billing, delete the team, and transfer ownership.

Can manage forms, members, and settings. Cannot manage billing or delete the team.

Managing Members
Change Role
Click the menu on a member's row to change their role. Only Owners and Admins can change roles.
Remove Member
Click the remove button to remove a member from the team. They'll lose access immediately.
Transfer Ownership
Owners can transfer ownership to another Admin or Editor.
Team Profile
Customize your team's identity and find key identifiers for integrations:
Team Name
Customize your team's display name. This is shown across the dashboard and in team member invitations.
Team Icon
Upload a custom icon for your team. This helps identify your team at a glance in the dashboard.
Team ID
Copy your team ID for API integrations and embed URLs. The first 8 characters are used in public URLs like /r/{teamShortId}/{formSlug}.
