Instantly

Instantly is a cold-email platform for multi-step outreach campaigns. Connect it to OrbitForms to close the loop on outreach: when a lead from a campaign fills out a form, books a meeting, or gets a call outcome, OrbitForms looks them up in Instantly, updates their interest status, stops the sequence, and writes the details back — or adds brand-new leads to a campaign.

How it works

From form submission to Instantly.

In Instantly go to Settings → Integrations → API Keys

Create a key with the campaigns:read, leads:read, leads:update, and leads:create scopes

Paste the key in OrbitForms's Instantly integration settings

Add an Instantly Lookup step to see if the lead is in a campaign

Add an Instantly step to update their status or add them to a campaign
