Fathom
Connect Fathom and every recorded call lands on the Orbit meeting it belongs to, with the transcript, Fathom’s summary and action items. Orbit can write AI notes on top (a short summary, key points and action items you turn into tasks), and recordings that match no meeting show on the contact’s timeline. Record summaries and the MCP server read the notes too.
How it works
From form submission to Fathom.
In Fathom, open Settings → API Access and create an API key
In Orbit, open Settings → Integrations → Fathom, paste the key and click Connect Fathom
Orbit checks the key, stores it encrypted and brings in the last 14 days of recordings
New recordings arrive a few minutes after each call and attach to the matching meeting or contact
Open a meeting’s call notes and click Write AI notes, or turn on automatic notes in settings
