Connect Fireflies and every recorded call lands on the Orbit meeting it belongs to, with the transcript and summary. Orbit can write AI notes on top (a short summary, key points and action items you turn into tasks), and recordings that match no meeting show on the contact’s timeline. Record summaries and the MCP server read the notes too.

How it works

From form submission to Fireflies.

In Fireflies, create an API key under Integrations → Fireflies API

In Orbit, open Settings → Integrations → Fireflies, paste the key and click Connect Fireflies

Orbit checks the key, stores it encrypted and brings in recent recordings

New recordings attach to the matching meeting or contact as they arrive

Open a meeting’s call notes and click Write AI notes, or turn on automatic notes in settings
