Prerequisites
- A Pipedrive account (any plan)
- Access to your Personal API token in settings
- A form with fields to map (e.g., Name, Email, Company)

Get Your API Token
In Pipedrive, go to Settings → Personal preferences → API → Personal API token

Connect in Orbit AI
In your form's Integrations tab, click "Add Integration" and select Pipedrive. Enter your API token

Map Your Fields
Match each form field to the corresponding Pipedrive field. Name and email are recommended

Configure Options
Choose whether to create Deals and set the pipeline/stage. Enable and test
Field Mapping
Map your form fields to Pipedrive Person fields. Name is required.

Using Custom Fields
You can map form fields to any custom field in Pipedrive. Custom fields use a hash key format that you can find in Settings → Data fields.
Example: A custom field might have a key like abc123def456
Tips for Success
- • Enable "Create Deal" option to automatically add submissions to your pipeline
- • Choose the appropriate pipeline and stage for new deals
- • If a Person with the same email exists, their record will be updated
- • Use Pipedrive's Automations to trigger follow-up actions
