Zapier vs Native Integrations
We offer native integrations for popular apps like Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, and more. Use native integrations when available for:
- • Faster data sync (no Zapier delay)
- • No Zapier task limits or extra costs
- • Deeper integration features specific to each app
Use Zapier when you need to connect to apps we don't have native integrations for, or when you need complex multi-step workflows.
Tips for Success
- • Always test your Zap with real form data before turning it on
- • Use Zapier's Filter step to only process submissions that meet certain criteria
- • Formatter steps can transform data (split names, format dates, etc.)
- • Check Zapier's Task History if a Zap isn't working as expected
